The Tampa Bay Buccaneers currently hold the No. 26 overall pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft, and they have plenty of needs to fill on both sides of the ball.
They’ll only be able to fill one of those holes with that first-round selection, and with a few months of mock drafts floating around, Bucs fans have had plenty of time to develop strong opinions about which top prospects they should target with that pick…and which ones they should avoid.
Whether it’s an offensive lineman, or an edge defender, or a cornerback, or a wide receiver, Bucs fans have a wide range of takes on who should end up in a pewter helmet on draft night. The same is true for the amount of players those same fans don’t want to see anywhere near One Buc Place as a first-round selection.
We asked the fans for their opinions on who the Bucs shouldn’t pick in the first round, and here’s what they said:
