Sara Haines Bursts Into Hysterics After Sunny Hostin Pokes Fun At Her For Dating “A Lot Of Black Men” On ‘The View’: “Did Y’all Know That?”

Sara Haines was in the hot seat on this morning’s episode of The View after Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin joked about her dating history before she settled down with her husband.

The two co-hosts sent Haines into a fit of laughter during a Hot Topics segment about Shaquille O’Neal, who recently said he won’t open up to a woman because he doesn’t want his confessions to be weaponized against him in a later argument.

“I do think that there might be a little bit of a cultural thing going on here,” Ana Navarro speculated. “When a Latino baby is born, they hold it up and say, ‘Oh, it’s a boy!’ And then the second thing that comes out of their mouth is, ‘Los hombre, no llora,’ — men don’t cry, men don’t emote, men hold it in.”

She added, “I suspect there’s something going on similar in the Black community.”

However, Hostin disagreed with Navarro’s hot take, telling the audience, “I don’t think so. I dated a lot of Black men.”

Griffin — who took notice of Haines’ seemingly shit-eating grin from the other side of the table — quipped, “Sara’s like, ‘Same,’” prompting the co-host to burst in hysterics.

“I think Sara and I can agree,” Hostin chimed in, before turning to the audience and cheekily asking, “Did y’all know that?”

Haines, who couldn’t stop laughing, was also called out by Navarro, who piped up to add, “You’re blushing!”

When she finally caught her breath, Haines said through laughter, “They were good relationships!” before attempting to give her opinion on the subject.

“If you’re using very close intimate details, it’s a toxic relationship. You cannot weaponize things you’ve learned in periods of vulnerability,” she said, but was quickly cut off by her own laughter. “I got nothing.”

While Griffin and Hostin apologized, Haines sipped her cup as she joked, “We’re gonna walk down memory lane!”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
