Jodie Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Jackson on Monday after nearly four years of marriage, TMZ reported.
The “Queen & Slim” actress cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split and is asking for joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Janie.
Turner-Smith, 37, asked for the option of spousal support to be removed and noted she and the “Mighty Ducks” star have a prenuptial agreement.
