The Jets finally got going late on the first day of NFL free agency with some much-needed help on the offensive line.
Gang Green got Aaron Rodgers a new protector in veteran left guard John Simpson on a two-year, $18 million contract, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The 26-year-old Simpson started all 19 games for the Ravens last season.
