Danny Masterson appeared stone-faced in his first mugshot since he was convicted of rape and sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.
In the photo taken Wednesday and obtained by Page Six, the “That ’70s Show” star is expressionless in an orange jumpsuit with a grown-out beard and unkempt hair.
The Los Angeles County Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation released the mugshot after Masterson, 47, was admitted to North Kern State Prison in Delano, Calif.
The disgraced actor was transferred from an LA jail, where he had been incarcerated since his sentencing in September for two counts of rape with force, violence or fear of bodily injury.
Several of Masterson’s famous friends –– including his “That ’70s Show” co-stars Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis –– attempted to lessen his sentencing by writing letters on his behalf.
However, Kutcher and Kunis in particular faced major backlash for their support, and Kutcher even resigned from his anti-sex trafficking organization.
Masterson was found guilty during his May retrial for committing two rapes in 2003. His first trial in November 2022 resulted in a hung jury.

Less than two weeks after his September sentencing, Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce from him after 12 years of marriage.
Prior to the separation, Phillips stood by her now-estranged husband’s side throughout the trial and even called him her “life-saving partner.”
The former couple shares one child together, a daughter named Fianna Francis.
The “Raising Hope” actress requested legal and physical custody of their daughter, and Masterson agreed to those terms in October.
He did, however, file to seek visitation rights, but those visitations –– which would take place in prison and under supervision –– have not been approved.
